Joining a dive club can be a great way to meet new dive buddies. On the recommendation of our friends Don & Cathy, we signed up with the South Florida Dive Club almost right after we arrived here in Florida. These guys are great – they typically refer to themselves as a Drinking Club with a diving problem. They have lots of great social events and even though we don’t get out to the meetings or even the events very often, we have still made some great friends.

We don’t just dive with them – we go to football games, picnics and lots of other fun things. I love divers – they’re so fun.
