This weekend, the Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Scuba (SUDS) are having a scuba flea market. Here are the details:

What? – Scuba Flea Market & Silent Auction

(Over $60,000 in diving equipment and trips)

Why? – Rehabilitate our wounded heroes

returning from Iraq & Afghanistan

Where? – 2071 S Federal Hwy– Ft Lauderdale

Come to the SUDS Flea Market

All donations are tax deductible. All proceeds go to SUDS. SUDS is a 501C charity

There’s also a party and starting on Friday, there are a series of dives from Fort Lauderdale planned where you can go diving with the soldiers.

I have to work at my real job or I’d be there in a flash (even though it is wicked cold out there these days so I hear because I’m too big of a baby to hit water less than 75 degrees – ok ok I wouldn’t go, I admit it. I’m a whuss).

Downtowner Saloon on the New River
in Fort Lauderdale

Join the Flea Market staff, South Florida Divers and the training staff and soldiers of S.U.D.S. (Soldiers Undertaking Disabled Scuba) as we celebrate at the Downtowner Saloon on the river from 8-11pm. Tickets $30, for the buffet are available online at www.sudsfleamarket.com
